EXECUTIVE GROUP BONUS PLAN

These bonuses are available to Distributors who achieve the level
of Opal Executive or higher. To be eligible in any month to receive
these bonuses you must meet two requirements:

| 1. Achieve a Group Volume objective that varies with
title. The group volume objective represents the sales achievement
of your personal purchases, Personal Volume or PV, and the volume generated
by your directly sponsored non-Executive Distributors. Of your GV
requirement each month, $100 must come from personal purchases. The total
by title needed to be eligible for commissions is: |

| 2.You must meet a minimum number of required Executive
legs. Each of these legs must be a qualified leg. A leg consists
of a directly sponsored distributor who has reached the level of Executive
or higher to include their entire downline. To be a qualified leg,
the Executive at the top of the leg must be eligible to receive commissions
that month, or, downline from this executive there must be another Executive,
or higher who is eligible to receive commissions. If in a given month,
you do not have the required number of qualified legs for your title, you
will be paid for that month at the lower title level for which you do qualify.
Additionally, while you will never be demoted out of your title, you will
only be payed bonuses at the title level for which you meet your GV requirements. |
| The Executive Group Bonus is computed for you to a depth
that depends on your title. For example, if you are a Ruby Executive,
you are paid 3 levels deep. This means that for all personal purchases
from Distributors downline from you, but no more than 3 levels away, you
will receive 5% of their purchases. |
